Who is responsible for your data

Zutto Technologies, S.A. de C.V. (Lloyd's), located at Valle de las Alamedas 31, Col. Valle de los Cipreses, Tultitlán, State of Mexico, ZIP 54945, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data on this site. You can write to privacidad@lloydselectronica.com or call +52 55 5220 7600, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 (Mexico City time).

This notice applies to advancedhome.net. The Advanced Home app has its own privacy agreement, and purchases at The Home Depot are governed by The Home Depot's privacy notice.

What data we collect

You don't need to create an account or fill in forms on this site. We collect data in three cases:

  • When you browse: your IP address, browser and device type, approximate city, the pages you visit, the buttons you click (WhatsApp, The Home Depot, app) and what you type in the site's search boxes. This is collected automatically by the technologies described below.
  • When you use the site's chat: what you write in the conversation and, if you choose to share them, your name and email.
  • When you message us on WhatsApp or by email, or call us: your name, your phone number or email, the content of your message and anything you choose to share, such as your product model or your proof of purchase for a warranty claim.

We don't ask for sensitive data or banking information.

What we use it for

Purposes necessary to serve you:

  • Answering your questions about products, installation and purchases.
  • Providing technical support and processing warranties.
  • Protecting the site against attacks and abuse.

Purpose that is not necessary and that you can object to:

  • Measuring how the site is used in order to improve it (statistics with Google Analytics).

To object to this last one, disable cookies as explained below or write to privacidad@lloydselectronica.com.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use Google Analytics, by Google LLC, which stores the _ga and _ga_G850G2Z608 cookies in your browser (they last up to 2 years) to count visits and understand how the site is browsed. The data is processed on Google's servers, including outside Mexico.

The site's chat stores an identifier in your browser to keep your conversation open while you browse.

You can disable them as follows:

Videos on product pages are shown from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode: YouTube doesn't store cookies until you play a video.

Who we share your data with

We don't sell or rent your data. It is processed on our behalf, and only for the purposes of this notice, by the providers that serve us:

  • Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the site.
  • Google, which processes the Google Analytics statistics.
  • Meta, which operates WhatsApp.

The site's chat runs on Lloyd's own servers.

We will only share your data with third parties without your consent in the cases allowed by law, for example, when required by a competent authority.

Links to The Home Depot and to social networks take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

WhatsApp and chat conversations and warranty data are kept for as long as the support or warranty lasts and, after that, only for as long as the law requires. Google Analytics statistics are kept for a limited period and then deleted.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or cancel your data or object to its use (ARCO rights), and you can also revoke your consent or limit the use of your data. Send your request to privacidad@lloydselectronica.com with:

  • Your name and a way to reply to you.
  • An official ID, yours or your representative's.
  • Which right you want to exercise and over which data.

We will reply within the terms set by Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. If you believe we didn't address your request, you can go to Mexico's Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.
